The Role: Customer Success Program Analyst
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a deeper understanding of the customer experience and drive the customer relationship management process at OTTO.
Your organizational, analytical, and relentless follow-up skills are key to your success. You will anticipate and coordinate customer needs, analyze experience and feedback, and carry forward insights to implement changes across internal teams.

Areas of Responsibility:
Coordination and Project Management
- Orchestrate people and processes without direct management influence
- Juggle multiple projects and priorities at once without letting details slip through the cracks
- Own and maintain reporting through Salesforce
- Find actionable patterns within quantitative data and qualitative customer experiences
- Learn existing processes within the company in order to effectively improve them
- Own internal projects and process changes from ideation to implementation
- Set and meet objectives, resolve roadblocks, and manage competing priorities
- Refine and manage processes for long-term scalability
- Identify and help develop new programs to support the Customer Relationship Management agenda
